Their product is incredibly powerful and versatile, with limitless possibilities. Solid product Prefinery checks all the boxes for a great WOM referral program. Things that I personally like: 1. Clean user interface 2. Easy customization of all main parameters 3. Emails can be sent based on behavior I would personally love to have templates to use in the future. In any case, the customization available allows to do pretty much everything you want already. Definitely give it a try if you want to set up viral campaigns.

Better than a Competitor I have used! I am a longtime user of a competing product. The things I like most about Prefinery are specific to my use case. It has WAY more Zapier Triggers and Actions, and it allows me to set up clients as users on their campaigns so they can monitor and manually give rewards as earned. These things make it a better option for me and I look forward to implementing it more into my business. I have a lot of plans for this tool, but mainly to help myself and clients keep track of the effectiveness of our referral marketing efforts!

Up your referral game with Prefinery Prefinery was easy to set up and get a referral campaign going. The UI is easy to navigate and the examples of how to create referral campaigns like the big companies such as Airbnb, Dropbox etc is useful to understand how to set up your own referral campaign. It supports more complex referral tracking such as after a referral has made a purchase, but that will require some integration through webhooks, API or Zapier. Overall, a solid tool if you want to drive and reward referrals! A pity that I missed out on the higher tier plan on offer earlier.

A perfect tool to have in your kit! Every once in a while we stumble across a true gem and Prefinery seems to hit that mark - it's taken a great concept and executes it very well. Word of mouth is such a great way to gain traction and kick-start any product or service these days.
