I was evaluating a few options when I stumbled into Prefinery. Their solution is better than the others. The UI/UX is polished making campaign creation easy and the experience for end-users great. The only thing missing for me is the ability to run contest campaigns.

The UI is easy to navigate and the examples of how to create referral campaigns like the big companies such as Airbnb, Dropbox etc is useful to understand how to set up your own referral campaign. It supports more complex referral tracking such as after a referral has made a purchase, but that will require some integration through webhooks, API or Zapier. Overall, a solid tool if you want to drive and reward referrals! A pity that I missed out on the higher tier plan on offer earlier.
