I like the user interface, it is well thought and once you being with a campaign you are well guided through all the aspects step-by-step which makes it very user friendly. The ease of use is top-notch and the learning curve is flatter. I wish there were more integrations and additional features. Also, having more customizability will make this tool even better. Something for the creators to improve on. The form needs to be improved and needs to be more customisable. If you would like to set up multiple campaigns quickly, this is a product you should consider. It is quite easy and super quick to build referral campaigns, especially if you are after a "Waiting List" type of referral campaigns. Overall getting your referral campaign up and running is quick and effortless. I am able to quickly launch referral campaigns and get going without investing too much time. I am able to customise the emails that are sent to the users and has got quite a few variables that I can use in those emails for personalisation etc.

The UI is easy to navigate and the examples of how to create referral campaigns like the big companies such as Airbnb, Dropbox etc is useful to understand how to set up your own referral campaign. It supports more complex referral tracking such as after a referral has made a purchase, but that will require some integration through webhooks, API or Zapier. Overall, a solid tool if you want to drive and reward referrals! A pity that I missed out on the higher tier plan on offer earlier.

I have dabbled with competitiors or prefinery first, but often found the options often constrained by technicalities in the setup (e.g., only WP or all BUT WP, ...). Prefinery has an approach that - as of writing - sounds very flexible to me.

Emails can be sent based on behavior I would personally love to have templates to use in the future. In any case, the customization available allows to do pretty much everything you want already. Definitely give it a try if you want to set up viral campaigns.
