The UI is easy to navigate and the examples of how to create referral campaigns like the big companies such as Airbnb, Dropbox etc is useful to understand how to set up your own referral campaign. It supports more complex referral tracking such as after a referral has made a purchase, but that will require some integration through webhooks, API or Zapier. Overall, a solid tool if you want to drive and reward referrals! A pity that I missed out on the higher tier plan on offer earlier.

Emails can be sent based on behavior I would personally love to have templates to use in the future. In any case, the customization available allows to do pretty much everything you want already.
