Solid product Prefinery checks all the boxes for a great WOM referral program. Things that I personally like: 1. Clean user interface 2. Easy customization of all main parameters 3. Emails can be sent based on behavior I would personally love to have templates to use in the future. In any case, the customization available allows to do pretty much everything you want already. Better than a Competitor I have used! I am a longtime user of a competing product. The things I like most about Prefinery are specific to my use case. It has WAY more Zapier Triggers and Actions, and it allows me to set up clients as users on their campaigns so they can monitor and manually give rewards as earned. These things make it a better option for me and I look forward to implementing it more into my business. I have a lot of plans for this tool, but mainly to help myself and clients keep track of the effectiveness of our referral marketing efforts!
