Prefinery has more option that got us interested, pre-launch waiting lists, closed beta programs, and beta releases (helps with testing). So far we didn't need to contact support but from what we heard they have a stiller support. The dashboard is great and loads fast with no issues, and we got step by step wizards to start campaigns etc. Overall, highly recommend Prefinery.

The whole product has been well thought out and will help you gain a buzz for your product or service promotions. The owner Justin openly asks for feedback on how he can make his product even better and is very helpful if you have any problems or need advice when setting up your campaigns. All in all Prefinery is a great tool to have in your toolset to help you increase, awareness, buzz, and eventually sales. A solid product which I would be happy to recommend.
