They Moved Mountains - Listing Reinstatement The team at My Amazon Guy moved mountains and achieved what I felt was never going to be possible! The team have an accute understanding of the inner workings which contribute to being able to "get things done". I had experienced 10 x failed appeals x 7 ASIN over 3 months, so like 70 appeals on a false IP Infringement report. Alyssa calmly took over, went in to battle for me, kept me informed at every step, we worked in tandem when required, and her communication was excellent. I am full of respect and appreciation. I cannot recommend Alyssa and the team supporting her more highly. Onboarding was clear and easy to follow, processes were great, every step was professional and friendly. Excellent service.

They will harass you for more money after you stop using them. I used myAmazonguy for years as my PPC manager and as far as I can tell they did a good job. HOWEVER, I had a very high turnover of account managers the whole time I was with them (2-3 per year) so it was inevitable that I would eventually end up with a bad one…and I did. Feb 2024 sales dropped over 30% but I couldn’t convince them that something was wrong. After 6 weeks of continued plummeting sales and only shoulder shrugs from MAG I hired a third party who found that MAG had stopped running my best performing campaigns, once I brought it to their attention and they turned them back on sales went back to normal but they had lost my trust. I let the month that I had paid for run out and ended my business with them, no big deal, stuff happens all the time except now they are on a very aggressive campaign to extract more money out of me by threats and harassing emails saying that I have to pay them to stop using them (I know right?). Bottom line is that if you are lucky enough to get a good agent MAG will help you but don’t expect ethical behavior from them.

Sad to say it but I wouldn't recommend… Sad to say it but I wouldn't recommend MAG for anything Amazon related. You are getting oversea workers at a HUGE markup. Nothing wrong with overseas workers, but you are going to over pay big time with poor account management.

Stunning work! Communication was great!! Work was fabulous!! My only regret is that I didn’t reach out to them sooner. I will definitely use them again.
