Great education, just wish I could keep the videos Throughout this 90 day program I have learned so much about what I needed to do to not only work in my business but work on it. Randi has guided me step by step on analyzing what was not working for me, what I needed to work on, and the steps I needed to take to get to where I want to be. How to organize my scatter brain thoughts, understand my finances, learn about branding and marketing, new techniques, and the zoom classes ! Having a community where we are all motivating and listening to each others struggles and ideas has been so amazing for me especially as a booth renter. They don’t teach you this stuff in hairschool, and I recommend this program to anyone wanting to be a well rounded successful business owner. The only thing that I don’t love after investing more on this program than I’ve ever invested in any education, is I wish I still had access to the videos in the slice squad app as I did pay so much money and there are hundreds of videos, some an hour + long (and I spend HOURS watching as many videos/zoom classes as I could DURING the holidays 🙃) that I didn’t have time to watch and lost access to after my 90 days which I think is a little unfair

I have absolutely loved my time with… I have absolutely loved my time with SSC and my consultant Andrea and I were a perfect match! I just went independent into a salon suite less than 6 months ago and was struggling with my new role as an entrepreneur. I kept seeing Nicki’s videos on instagram and knew I needed a change! I have never invested in myself like this before and am so glad because not only did my business but my mind has grown so much in the last 90 days! I’m so excited to still be apart of the team as I go on to learn Slice Strands! If you’re still on the fence just leap I promise it will be the best thing you ever did!

I really enjoyed our personal calls and feel like I have gained more than just a mentor but a friend in the industry we shared a lot of very personal moments and when I wanted to give up, Kayla kept me going. She was fun to pick her brain and shared a lot of tips and tricks with me that I still carry till this day. Slice Squad really changed my life and I can’t wait to become a part of slice strands

This programme is not for the faint of… This programme is not for the faint of heart. There will be tears of joy, tears of despair. But to thrive in this industry today, you need to completely flip everything on its head. But what you finally emerge as, is an entirely reimagined version of yourself beyond ANYthing you could imagine. For the most part, the skills you learn are entirely transferable to other ventures. Every area of your life is improved, not just professionally. Worth every. Single. Penny. Adriana, thank you. You are magic. I’ll miss our catch ups! X

I did both business consulting… I ended up doing business consulting and slice strands extensions at the same time. I am an independent suite owner, so I felt as though it was crucial for myself and my business- the accountability was amazing. My coach Andrea was nothing but kind and knowledgeable during the amazing process with anything that I needed. She gave me the tools And guided me. Obviously, it’s up to you how quick you want to move in the program, but life, changing techniques, and information I will utilize forever behind the chair.
