I wanted to be right, My ego, walls, and defense mechanisms were on high alert, after coming out of a toxic salon situation. I was at a breaking point. I love the hair industry but felt I needed more, and could not put my finger on it. My experience has been nothing short of astonishing. I turned my entire business over to my amazing coach Tia, who is a wealth of resources and has helped me stream line my once chaotic mess, into a smoother business. Having classes available three times a week that focuses on becoming a speed queen with faster techniques, business mindsets, and anything else you can imagine is knowledge that you can not put a price tag on. Follow their suggestions tailored to your business and flourish I probably would have quit the industry if I didn't sign up for this program. They made me accountable to myself and helped with the mindset aspect of being a creative person. Everything I've learned spilled over into my personal life, giving me a better flow and more manageable lifestyle for both. Just a whole lot of ok. If I was a newer stylist I think paying $6,000.00 for this education would probably be worth it, much of what is being taught did not help me. They only thing I liked was the business aspect but it certainly wasn't worth $6,000.00
