Follow their suggestions tailored to your business and flourish I probably would have quit the industry if I didn't sign up for this program. They made me accountable to myself and helped with the mindset aspect of being a creative person. Everything I've learned spilled over into my personal life, giving me a better flow and more manageable lifestyle for both. Brought me back to basics and helped me not question myself when it came to business and creative decisions. showed me my own potential and all I had to do was show up for MYSELF. As long as you're open to change, the only way is up.

I really do wish I could give a higher… I really do wish I could give a higher review. I really really want to as all the people individually are pretty awesome. They all have amazing qualities and are doing something incredible!! That said, this program was promised one on one consulting which I did not receive. Was promised that I would have a 50% increase in revenue which is far from what happened. In fact I ended up investing in a new color line I couldn’t afford and almost into their newest “Slice Strands” and if I didn’t have a 50% increase they wouldn’t drop me but they did. I will say that one consultant who wasn’t the one assigned to me reached out just a few days before my termination and did give some help. This was the help I had been asking for for over a month. I gave 100% into staying active and asking for help. I wasn’t givin any direction. As far as implementing new systems like no show policies and on line consultation forms, I already had this. My consultant never even brought this up with me. Not once. She never got to know anything about me. Nothing. I’m really frustrated with all these programs. You buy into it for a promise and expectation and what then turns into more of them marketing themselves. I was told they weren’t in business with Megix and I wouldn’t need to use this color line to get the same results yet they constantly talk about how much better Megix is with being non progressive and saving time. And now they are actually partnered with Megix. Saw that coming. Then they create Slice Strands. And I’m very very impressed and would have loved to buy into this. They constantly talked about the launch of slice strands and even in class. Then they talk about Breathe Work. Which is a whole different ball game. Ugh, what next. I’m sad to write this. Really genuinely sad. I know they are helping a lot of people. People that had money to buy into everything else they were promoting. If you did that then you got their attention. This is how it works and I have to believe this wasn’t personal. It’s just business. It’s how everything is now. The more you give the more you get. I gave 100% into participating but couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting that back. Now I do. They have too many other programs they are working on and constantly taking in new people to this program how the heck can they have the time for everyone. With what, 4 consultants who also work full time in the salon and working on other programs. If I wanted to book my 15 min one on one she was booked weeks out. This is a 90 day program. That isn’t really acceptable. And only 15 mins they call a check in. What was I even supposed to check in about when I wasn’t givin any direction. So if you actually read this, believe me I’m saddened by my experience. I know for a fact this isn’t the case with everyone. But the more they promote new products and programs the bigger they get and the less time they actually have for the “consulting” part of Slice Squad Consultants. Take this as a genuinely authentic review.

This programme is not for the faint of… This programme is not for the faint of heart. There will be tears of joy, tears of despair. But to thrive in this industry today, you need to completely flip everything on its head. But what you finally emerge as, is an entirely reimagined version of yourself beyond ANYthing you could imagine. For the most part, the skills you learn are entirely transferable to other ventures. Every area of your life is improved, not just professionally. Worth every. Single. Penny. Adriana, thank you. You are magic. I’ll miss our catch ups! X

Just a whole lot of ok. If I was a newer stylist I think paying $6,000.00 for this education would probably be worth it, much of what is being taught did not help me. They only thing I liked was the business aspect but it certainly wasn't worth $6,000.00

The Community is Invaluable I have been a part of the SSC program for six months now & I am very happy with my experience. I would say the most valuable part of this program is the people & the community they’ve created. My consultant, Randi, couldn’t have been better. She was diligent with her work & really took the time to know me & understand my business’ needs. I traveled to Colorado this spring & Jackie went out of her way to meet up with me while I was there. She likely has no idea how much her willingness to give me her time & talk meant to me. I really cannot say enough good things. While my time is over for now, I can’t wait to watch these ladies carve a path in our industry to improve the lives of everyone they touch ♥️
