She not only helps us with the selection, she makes sure that the quality is choice and that the items arrive on time. She and her company are true professionals.

Good to work with, wasteful plastic used with each item. The experience working with Empire Promos was fantastic. They were quick and professional and made ordering easy. However, each individual item we received (100 flash drives) came in it's own plastic bag. 100 flash drives. Each individually encased in a plastic bag. Because of this we won't order again in the future until this wasteful practice goes away.

Fast and Lower Cost We received our order quickly which was important because we need them for a conference. The quality was fair. A few were printed obviously on the wrong side (Country of production of the front with our contact information), a few were missing some sections of the tabs and a few were slightly mangled. However, they had shipped a few more than we ordered and the number that were acceptable to give to customer did meet the number we ordered. The people we shared them with were happy with them and thought they were neat.
