Good product but payment terms are poor The product we received was high quality and enjoyed by those who received it. However, we are a not-for-profit parent organization that usually benefits from NET 30 payment terms. This company insisted we prepay upfront before they started the job. We agreed but are unlikely to order again as similar companies have met our requested payment schedule.
