Amazing Customer Support-Uptics I have been nothing shy of impressed with the team at Uptics. Not only do they continue to enhance their product with features based on feedback from their users, but their customer support is amazing. Any time I've had an issue with a feature, or a product question, I've received a response and detailed help in 24 hours or less. I will continue to tell others about the benefits of utilizing Uptics for cold outbound and nurturing campaigns alike.

A very thorough cold outreach tool! Uptics has advanced spintax called snippets. Each snippet is organized into a group. A snippet can be text, paragraphs, images, whatever. You can then insert that group into an email template as you craft the template. No limit on how many snippet groups you can insert per email. Uptics will then randomly choose a snippet from each group for each email when sending out a batch of cold messages. You get thousands of variations! Less spam in the eyes of the email providers. Also ideal for AB testing!

Terrible software and support Terrible software and support. I had issues setting up the bulk SMS and contacted support. No one got back to me. The software is not intuitive and hard to use. When I checked their Facebook community hoping to find answers, I was surprised to see customers voicing their concerns. Others saying that they have been scammed. I then check my account and realized that my lifetime account has been downgraded from Scale plan to basic plan. All future features which was promised will not be available. Do not waste your time with Uptics and do not buy from Saasmantra. They happily take your money which purchasing but will not provide u with proper support

Excellent all-in-one cold outreach platform Excellent all-in-one cold outreach software. We've been using Uptics for a year now, and it has proved its quality through its simplicity and intuitiveness. It's our one-stop for CRM, cold outreach, email warming and DNS checking, email tracking, and sales pipeline management. The support of Patrick and Dan has also been great. Their UI could use a bit of improvement in terms of performance, but overall it's a 10/10 tool for us!

Such a good all-in-one sales platform with outreach, CRM, sales sequences, and more tools Uptics is a powerful cold outreach tool that has a ton of amazing sales features that just work. I've mostly used it for my cold outreach campaigns, but we will be moving our entire team to the platform moving forward so we can make use of the CRM, cold calling, and more complex sequences we have yet to implement. I know we'll get at least a 5x ROI from our use of this tool. If you're looking for an all-in-one sales tool for your team, I highly recommend you try out Uptics. You won't be disappointed.
