The platform excels in making cold emailing efficient and effective. Its 'Cold to Gold AI Assistant' truly helps in crafting emails that get responses, which is a game changer. Also, the multi-inbox sending feature streamlines our email campaigns brilliantly. The AI-powered sequences are another highlight, removing much of the guesswork in customer engagement and improving our conversion rates. While Uptics has replaced other tools like Lemlist and Woodpecker for us, there's still room for improvement in terms of speed and customization. In summary, Uptics stands out for its intuitive design and advanced features in sales automation. It's definitely a step forward for anyone looking to upgrade their CRM and email marketing tools.

SGTerrible software and support Terrible software and support. I had issues setting up the bulk SMS and contacted support. No one got back to me. The software is not intuitive and hard to use. When I checked their Facebook community hoping to find answers, I was surprised to see customers voicing their concerns. Others saying that they have been scammed. I then check my account and realized that my lifetime account has been downgraded from Scale plan to basic plan. All future features which was promised will not be available. Do not waste your time with Uptics and do not buy from Saasmantra. They happily take your money which purchasing but will not provide u with proper support

INIts just awesome and super efficient The all-in-one feature of Uptics covering emailing, SMS, calls, and LinkedIn outreach tasks is just awesome. It's drastically accelerated my deal closures, simplifying my workflow and preventing me from the hassle. The CRM further helps me understand how my campaigns are performing and reduce spending my efforts on campaigns or prospects that aren't converting.
