Two Years of Uptics Use I have been using Uptics for about two years now and the support and results have been great. They are real good guys that respond very quickly and thoroughly if you have an issue or question. What they do when required, is create a specific video showing you exactly how to perform a specific function. This eliminates any guesswork vs. simply sending a text response.
