I have bought mugs and pens and they are always willing to replace or credit back as soon as you let them know the issue you might be having. They replaced our 300 pens at no cost to us. we also got to keep the damaged ones. They recently credited us for some mugs that had issues. Just within no time of us sending the pictures.
