Each time their support would fail to fix issue after issue, and they would then break each promise they made that things would improve. GBWorks great on SPA websites Nimbata is the only call-tracking provider whose dynamic tracking numbers work on SPA websites (Next JS / React in my case). Many other providers struggle to consistently display numbers in headers, but Nimbata manages to integrate them seamlessly beneath mega- and mobile menus. Their customer service is also among the best I've experienced. A working product with a user-friendly UX is the cherry on top. I've been using their call tracking service for years and can highly recommend it.
