We have used several companies in this space, most recently CallRail, which unfortunately kept getting worse. Each time their support would fail to fix issue after issue, and they would then break each promise they made that things would improve. We decided to try Nimbata based on their pricing model and their promise of good support. We are coming up on a year with them and I can say their support is not good, it is GREAT! They are honest, do what they say they will, and are truly there to help. We are very happy with our choice to go with Nimbata.
