The tutorial videos make the platform easy to work with. And, our emails asking for support are replied to quickly. We had an initial onboarding call and walk through and the team's support has been guiding us to get our systems set up the way they need to be. We're trying to set up our business ops and ClickHubs allows us to eliminate the tech patchwork (ugh!) and keep everything organized and accessible on one dashboard. I think he knows how frustrating set up can be even with quite a bit of experience on other platforms. All I know is I no longer wait long for support and my start up time has been cut way back saving me tons of time and of course $$. The upstart support alone is worth gold.
