More features than competitors, 10/10 support Site is fairly clear and easy to use and setup, seems much more complete than alternatives like bekeeting or trustpulse - encountered an issue during trial, contacted support, instead of pulling me around for who knows how long (looking at you *every other service i've ever used* ) they debugged, asked for info, tested, and then accepted it was a problem on their end and *FIXED IT IN A TIMELY MANNER*. Icing on top, they even reset the trial! I am not used to this, i feel like i'm in bizarro world or something. Give these guys a raise. Have yet to use it for more than a few hours, but if this is any indication, these guys are the ones you want to pay for this service.

Charlotte is a GAME-CHANGER in customer service Charlotte from Nudgify is a true game changer in customer service - absolutely incredible to work with. I tend to be a meticulous person, and when I get one question answered, it leads me to a million more questions. Yet, for over an hour (not exaggerating), after being asked question after question after question, she was always attentive, quick to respond the whole way through, and explained all of these complex and intricate things about the system in a way that was easy to grasp and make decisions on. Finally, after berating her with a million questions for over an hour, she made saying "yes" to Nudgify a no brainer. Thank you Charlotte for all your help! Best customer service I've received in quite some time. Amazing! She gets all the Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, all the gold medals 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅, and all the 1st place trophies 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 ... If anyone at Nudgify is listening to this, I'm telling you, this girl needs a raise, a promotion, and an all-expenses paid vacation! Simply superb. 😃

Just Awesome This is the social proof FOMO you want. Love the App! Very pretty to look at. It's awesome, and I suspect removes doubt as to whether your website is a scam or not. Seems to creates sale 'runs' on products, if people can see products are selling. LInks easily to BigCommerce. Customer Service replies in less an 24 hours, and is super helpful. Excellent to see it operating, and just adds the right gloss to our website.
