Gas station … I own a tow company and For the entire 1st month that I had brand rep, my business went through a verification problem with Google, and they DID NOT TELL me that there was nothing that they could do for me until I was verified. The sales team does a great job of selling this company. But then once you get past the sales team and you reach everybody else. This company makes claims like... oh we gave you a couple free days because of tour troubles, and none of that is true. Nothing gets done correctly. It takes a long time. Their website says they can boost your business by 25% and for me they not only didn't raise my sales by 25% but they deleted all the work they did for me after I fired them. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. I'm now in a fight to get my money back from these people because they took money out of my account after they sent me an email confirming my account was being canceled. Then they took money quietly out of my account and sent no reciept until two weeks later! And now I'm having a tough time getting them out of my life. The response they gave to this review is untrue. Everyword of it.

I've used brand rep for at least 10… I've used brand rep for at least 10 years with no problems and better sales each year as a result. When ever I need changes made to my site they get it done and let me know and no extra charge!!! I feel the fees are minimal and again had no problems or issues with the entire experience 😄 I recommend theme 100 % Johnny Canoe 🛶🛶🛶
