Excellent experience and they are… Excellent experience and they are treating my business as if it was their own.

Gas station … I own a tow company and For the entire 1st month that I had brand rep, my business went through a verification problem with Google, and they DID NOT TELL me that there was nothing that they could do for me until I was verified. The sales team does a great job of selling this company. But then once you get past the sales team and you reach everybody else. This company makes claims like... oh we gave you a couple free days because of tour troubles, and none of that is true. Nothing gets done correctly. It takes a long time. Their website says they can boost your business by 25% and for me they not only didn't raise my sales by 25% but they deleted all the work they did for me after I fired them. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. I'm now in a fight to get my money back from these people because they took money out of my account after they sent me an email confirming my account was being canceled. Then they took money quietly out of my account and sent no reciept until two weeks later! And now I'm having a tough time getting them out of my life. The response they gave to this review is untrue. Everyword of it.

BrandRep has helped us appear more… BrandRep has helped us appear more often and higher up in searches we and our clients make. Our visibility seems better, even though IRL we are on the 2nd floor of our building and people don't see us from the street.

Hard to find on Google This company no longer publicizes as well as they used to. I used to be on page 1 of Google and now unless my city is requested, I cannot be found with my key words. This is very disappointing.
