Great and simple signature solution. I have found Mysignature.io to be one of the most user-friendly and flexible email signature tools available. It's excellent, and the support team is also very helpful. Updating signatures is effortless with a few clicks.. Overall, I am really happy with it and it's advantages. It adds a professional touch to your email, making it look more credible and trustworthy. Plus you save time by automatically including your contact information and other important details, so you don't have to type them out every time you send an email.

Doesnt link for our team and cut off emails Tried so hard to get this to work. But it cut off our forwarded / replied emails. Also, it kept unlinking team members meaning they could not use the shared team signatures. After persisting, we gave up. For something so simple, it should be simple to implement. It wasted a lot of out time trying to get this to work. We have reverted to the standard Google Workspace signature blocks that we know work. I know mysignature will say "we can help" but it should be a simple product to implement and this, it is not.

Experience with MySignature has been great! Our experience with MySignature has been great from the beginning, the options available for our signature were really good and the designing/editing has been the BEST we've tried so far (and there were a lot of other sites we tried to use). Iren and Charlotte were good at answering any questions we had in a clear and timely manner. We recommend MySignature if you want great customer service, a user-friendly experience and a good-looking email signature!

Nice design, but a few kinks The final sig came out great! But the mobile version omitted the photos, and I could not figure out why. The photos showed up in settings, but not in the actual sent emails...? Also the link to my websites kept reverting back to the same site (I added three customs) That was annoying. But if you are doing a basic design, and not using iphone, it works!
