Best email signature out there for office teams! Mysignature.io has been one of the easiest and versatile email signature tools I've found! It's fantastic! The support team is great too. Changes to signatures require on a few clicks and just like that you can send the new signature to your team members! We love it.

Doesnt link for our team and cut off emails Tried so hard to get this to work. But it cut off our forwarded / replied emails. Also, it kept unlinking team members meaning they could not use the shared team signatures. After persisting, we gave up. For something so simple, it should be simple to implement. It wasted a lot of out time trying to get this to work. We have reverted to the standard Google Workspace signature blocks that we know work. I know mysignature will say "we can help" but it should be a simple product to implement and this, it is not.

Simple and Straightforward ! I have been creating Email campaign and always struggle to design a great looking Email Signature. My Email Automation software could not generate a Professional looking email signature, When i found Mysignature , immediately it solve my problem! I could install in my gmail as well! Our experience with MySignature has been great from the beginning, the options available for our signature were really good and the designing/editing has been the BEST we've tried so far (and there were a lot of other sites we tried to use). Iren and Charlotte were good at answering any questions we had in a clear and timely manner.
