The platform has greatly simplified the process of managing email signatures, ensuring consistency in representing our brand across all communications. Although we encountered some minor challenges during the initial setup, the platform's wide range of features and intuitive interface have made it an indispensable tool for our email marketing efforts.

Doesnt link for our team and cut off emails Tried so hard to get this to work. But it cut off our forwarded / replied emails. Also, it kept unlinking team members meaning they could not use the shared team signatures. After persisting, we gave up. For something so simple, it should be simple to implement. It wasted a lot of out time trying to get this to work. We have reverted to the standard Google Workspace signature blocks that we know work. I know mysignature will say "we can help" but it should be a simple product to implement and this, it is not.

Creating a signature was simple… Creating a signature was simple and easy and it turned out nice, even the free version. During a time I was having technical issues, support provided quick responses and were really trying to help figure out what was going on. They also have many icon options.

Our experience with MySignature has been great from the beginning, the options available for our signature were really good and the designing/editing has been the BEST we've tried so far (and there were a lot of other sites we tried to use). Iren and Charlotte were good at answering any questions we had in a clear and timely manner. We recommend MySignature if you want great customer service, a user-friendly experience and a good-looking email signature!
