I do not understand the negative reviews, and it appears that most are not even directly related to Petworks. I love how efficient this site is and how they are constantly striving to update and improve it. Great customer service on Petworks and I love the simplicity and ease of being able to book appointments and be paid promptly. My clients find it easy to navigate as well.

They are very responsive and kind when I've emailed them questions, and they have even reached out to me to offer advice.
