I have seen how they grow and adapt over the time I have been with them. I get pretty consistent inquiries, and while I'm not always able to take every client, it is nice to know Petworks is helping pet guardians find my services!

Petworks has helped me grow my business… Petworks has helped me grow my business this year. I signed up for one of their membership plans and within a week, I got two new clients and covered the cost of the membership. I have paid for other online directories which did not result in customers like Petworks has.

Disappointed! and very sad! When I made my appointment with PetWorks unfortunately, they assigned me to Dr. Richtermyer. In my option Dr. Richtermyer does not have the knowledge as her colleagues. My kitten had upper respiratory issues which included the eyes. I was going there from December 21, 2023 - February 15, 2024 and All Dr. Richtermyer wanted to focus on was the eyes not the whole picture. Unfortunately, Dr. Richtermyer's colleagues did not want to get involved and basically did not want to treatment my kitten anymore. If they would have focused on the whole picture, my kitten my still be alive. Meiko passed on 3/12/2024. I will NEVER go to PETWORKS AGAIN!

Great "human" experience with Dr Ong Team Doctor Ong and the two ladies that accompained her made the process to let our yellow lab "Bella" stop suffering. They are so "human", kind, professional and you can just tell they are good people that are not interested in ripping you off. They have very reasonable fees that we were happy to pay for such a kind job.

As a provider of pet loss support… As a provider of pet loss support services to grieving pet parents, I have found the Petworks messaging and booking platform to be very straightforward and easy to use--both for me and for my clients. As well, the support given by Petworks to their pet professionals is always prompt and courteous, and I know that any issues I might have will be addressed and resolved right away. I appreciate all that Petworks has to offer pet parents and service providers alike, and look forward to watching the site continue to grow and expand its offerings in the future. - Sandra F.
