GBDisappointed! and very sad! When I made my appointment with PetWorks unfortunately, they assigned me to Dr. Richtermyer. In my option Dr. Richtermyer does not have the knowledge as her colleagues. My kitten had upper respiratory issues which included the eyes. I was going there from December 21, 2023 - February 15, 2024 and All Dr. Richtermyer wanted to focus on was the eyes not the whole picture. Unfortunately, Dr. Richtermyer's colleagues did not want to get involved and basically did not want to treatment my kitten anymore. If they would have focused on the whole picture, my kitten my still be alive. Meiko passed on 3/12/2024. I will NEVER go to PETWORKS AGAIN!

GBGreat "human" experience with Dr Ong Team Doctor Ong and the two ladies that accompained her made the process to let our yellow lab "Bella" stop suffering. They are so "human", kind, professional and you can just tell they are good people that are not interested in ripping you off. They have very reasonable fees that we were happy to pay for such a kind job.
