Marketing with heart I have been in private practice for a while and had been considering marketing services on and off. I had worked with someone in the past that didn’t understand my services or who my ideal client was. I had put on hold hiring anyone else because I didn’t want to waste my money. No longer floundering Before meeting with Stephen, I had only heard of a USP but really didn't understand what it was or the value behind having one. Since meeting with him, I have a much clearer picture of what it should be and the importance of having one that is clear and concise. Great at USP & marketing strategy I met with Stephen to help me clarify my USP. I’ve been really clear on who I serve and what I offer but I wasn’t sure how to communicate it in a way that didn’t sound generic. Stephen was able to show how my services were unique. I was surprised by his knowledge of marketing strategy & offer structure in addition to USP’s. In the end I was able to gain clarity on my USP, how to communicate it and as an unexpected bonus have ideas for a unique offer structure.
