About bolt deals Been getting a lot of leads - once the campaign was turned on I got 47 leads in my first 2 weeks. Compare that to cold calling which I only got 4 leads in 2 weeks. It's a process, not a get rich quick scheme you have to put in the time to follow up consistently to get the results. The coaching has been really helpful, pretty much any question I have I get solid answers from JT Taylor, their business coach. Their team has been great. I just ask and their media buyer, account manager, business coach or lead manager gives me the help I need. It takes working each lead and not giving up, if you put in the work it will happen, if you can't do that, then this isn't for you.

Leads Will Come, But You Have To Do The Work! We are in the business of flipping properties and have minimal experience in wholesaling real estate. We are assigned a coach, and coach JT is very helpful and encouraging. He is a good resource and is helping us in the disposition of the contracts we currently have. Bolt Deals gives you the leads, but you have to do the work and negotiate these leads into contracts. They have the scripts and CRM to help you manage the leads that come your way.

In 35 days I have received 70 qualified and vetted leads. 4 of those under contract with a projected revenue of $70k. and 22 that are in the underwriting/negotiations process. But that isnt even the best part, the CRM that is built out for you is incredible, they provide you with all the training and support that you will ever need. Hopefully you see this before you pay… Hopefully you see this before you pay these people any money. Ben is a slick salesman but he just wants your money. You will be promised tons of leads making you tons of money but what you get is people that barely speak english making calls for you and upsetting potential leads. The ads they run are trash. You will get no deals out of this. Any good reviews you see are probably fake.
