Hopefully you see this before you pay… Hopefully you see this before you pay these people any money. Ben is a slick salesman but he just wants your money. You will be promised tons of leads making you tons of money but what you get is people that barely speak english making calls for you and upsetting potential leads. The ads they run are trash. You will get no deals out of this. Any good reviews you see are probably fake.

I just want to start with saying I just want to start with saying, if you are on the fence about this service, just pull the trigger and thank me later. In 35 days I have received 70 qualified and vetted leads. 4 of those under contract with a projected revenue of $70k. and 22 that are in the underwriting/negotiations process. But that isnt even the best part, the CRM that is built out for you is incredible, they provide you with all the training and support that you will ever need. And, every 2 weeks you have a coaching call with the amazing JT who helps draw a roadmap to help you scale your business. I hope this helps anyone trying to make a decision!

Leads Will Come, But You Have To Do The Work! We are in the business of flipping properties and have minimal experience in wholesaling real estate. We were skeptical in using Bold Deals but heard good things about them, so my wife and I talked about it and decided to make the commitment! We are assigned a coach, and coach JT is very helpful and encouraging. He is a good resource and is helping us in the disposition of the contracts we currently have. Bolt Deals gives you the leads, but you have to do the work and negotiate these leads into contracts. They have the scripts and CRM to help you manage the leads that come your way.
