They were using a foreignor that spoke very limited and poor english. They Promise vetted leads and appointments with motivated distressed sellers and throw you a few sellers asking full price with no motivation and listed on MLS. No appointments set as promised.and their guarantees are not kept.They Delivered nothing they promised. 4 Days after my account was closed they charged my card another $813.63... Unbelievable.. Major Loss No return on investment.

The best Ben and Matthew with Bolt deals have been amazing. They are very knowledgeable, precise, and easy to work with. I have worked with a few ad agencies and none have been as hands on and as good as Bolt Deals. One thing I like the most about working with them is how communicative they are and how scrappy they are. When you’re looking to launch an ad campaign for business and you want things to happen now, you want someone who is going to get after it fast and tweak/adjust the ads as needed to get results fast. Leads Will Come, But You Have To Do The Work! We are in the business of flipping properties and have minimal experience in wholesaling real estate. We were skeptical in using Bold Deals but heard good things about them, so my wife and I talked about it and decided to make the commitment! In our first 2 weeks with Bolt Deals we received over 90 leads, got 3 deals under contract with a total amount in assignment fees for $55k. We are assigned a coach, and coach JT is very helpful and encouraging. He is a good resource and is helping us in the disposition of the contracts we currently have. Bolt Deals gives you the leads, but you have to do the work and negotiate these leads into contracts. They have the scripts and CRM to help you manage the leads that come your way.

Waste of money and time Paid these people thousands and got no return on investment. Their website promises 3-5 closed deals per month and in 3 months got zero deals. They don't care about their customers. I asked to cancel several times throughout after seeing how bad this was going to be and they refused yet now in their response below they claim that cancellation was not a problem. Their ads aren't any better than what I could have run myself. When asked about their targeting they could only tell me they targeted all people in the area and that is not true targeting. They then blame me for my failure in their program saying I didn't make calls when they are the ones supposed to be making calls. Zero return on investment and would not recommend.
