USService decent - support is lacking The service overall is pretty good, but support seems non-existent so far even on the enhanced protection paid plan. I am liking everything so far with how the "product" works for the most part. However, I am having an issue with connecting to a pop3 alias. I opened a support ticket and haven't heard anything in nearly 30 hours. EDIT: 3/26/2024: They did finally answer me and got this working. EDIT: 4/11/2024 - My Pop3/Imap emails have been down since last night. I hope that I have not lost any emails. I really thought these guys had something good going here but now I'm not so sure. I'm close to asking for a refund and moving on. Update: 4/16/2024 - They did mitigate the issue and emails seem to be working well again. It took close to 24 hours but I'm guessing they didn't catch the issue at night. Probably a one-man or small-team operation, which isn't all bad. I am going to update my review to 4 stars. The service they offer is good for the price. If they had better support I would consider 5 stars.

CZV.M.V. Impeccable and top service at a great price, still perfect the translations and ui and it will be the absolute top. But still it serves on A++ and I don't have to worry about my solution even though I am a developer. :-P
