GBNo hand holding, but great help. This is an excellent service. It does require you to know a bit about what you're doing (I wouldn't recommend it for novices), but for the techies out there, it's pretty much perfect. I've had a great experience getting support, but as a fellow dev, I use the right forum (as instructed on the website), and try to include the details I would need to debug the situation myself. Worth it.

GBService decent - support is lacking The service overall is pretty good, but support seems non-existent so far even on the enhanced protection paid plan. I am liking everything so far with how the "product" works for the most part. However, I am having an issue with connecting to a pop3 alias. I opened a support ticket and haven't heard anything in nearly 30 hours. EDIT: 3/26/2024: They did finally answer me and got this working. EDIT: 4/11/2024 - My Pop3/Imap emails have been down since last night. I hope that I have not lost any emails. I really thought these guys had something good going here but now I'm not so sure. I'm close to asking for a refund and moving on. Update: 4/16/2024 - They did mitigate the issue and emails seem to be working well again. It took close to 24 hours but I'm guessing they didn't catch the issue at night. Probably a one-man or small-team operation, which isn't all bad. I am going to update my review to 4 stars. The service they offer is good for the price. If they had better support I would consider 5 stars.

CZV.M.V. Impeccable and top service at a great price, still perfect the translations and ui and it will be the absolute top. But still it serves on A++ and I don't have to worry about my solution even though I am a developer. :-P

DEMy alternative to Google G-Suite :-) After Google G-Suite became non-free, I actually realised that I just use Mail service, and I was looking for a free or "about free" alternative. After some research, I ended up with ForwardEmail. It's free and makes all I need. Reading about features, I choose actually the next non-free service - enhanced protection. Just because it has sense and gives you an outbound SMTP which makes it nicer for your email receivers. Great service! Nice support! Low price (or even free)! What can I say? Covers all my needs and works prompt. Thanks, ForwardEmail!

GBNot working for the last week or so [fixed!] [Review updated due to response below. Original: 2 stars; Update: 4 stars] For the last week or so, it looks like ForwardEmail.Net's email servers are on some sort of blacklist. They aren't getting through to AOL recipients (as well as Gmail or Yahoo!?). Up to this point, the service has worked flawlessly. But now, it does not do what I pay it to do: Forward Email. I sent a Help Request on 4/10 & received an acknowledgement, but nothing since.
