Pleasure to work with Concierge Elite has been great to work with! With any long term relationship, B2B or otherwise, there are going to be typical learning curves, mistakes, etc. on both ends. The fact that the team at Concierge Elite is always interested in improving and making sure we were happy makes the relationship work. There are some clients that want to only talk to our in-house staff and they are accommodated, but during the COVID months (years) this was a lifesaver.

It is a great company to work for I highly recommend it! It is a great company to work for. I found a great international team. Great pay. A place where you can use your language skills and keep on developing.

Great people and totally worth it! Everything from the start has been smooth and amazing! From picking our perfect match to teaching him how to do what we do. It has been smooth sailing! Everyone is so nice and easy to work with. It has taken a lot of the stress out of the clinic itself and our feedback has been great too.

Wonderful service, still needs a few improvements The service is great for getting those calls that may otherwise be missed opportunities. Our clients definitely like to speak with a real person instead of being on hold or leaving a message on a machine. The only trouble we have really had is with our farm clients. Sometimes the concierge team doesn't understand that a dairy cow doesn't have a name and small things like that. Our farmers don't typically have the patience to deal with people they don't already know from the clinic. Otherwise, I think the benefits of the service are wonderful.

10/10 Would Recommend I set up my business with Concierge Elite, they advised me well on what I would need to make the most of the great service they offer. I found that I was able to increase the number of clients I had coming through my doors as I was able to count on them to take calls and deal with customers on the phone.
