GBI love this concept and when it works… I love this concept and when it works it is great - but sometimes the feedback I get from my more vocal regular clients can still be a bit frustrating... they would still prefer the person they are able to speak with to be one of our team members on site. For new clients or clients who just want to book an appointment without a lot of questions and hand holding however it works great.

GBWonderful service, still needs a few improvements The service is great for getting those calls that may otherwise be missed opportunities. Our clients definitely like to speak with a real person instead of being on hold or leaving a message on a machine. The only trouble we have really had is with our farm clients. Sometimes the concierge team doesn't understand that a dairy cow doesn't have a name and small things like that. Our farmers don't typically have the patience to deal with people they don't already know from the clinic. Otherwise, I think the benefits of the service are wonderful.
