Pleasure to work with Concierge Elite has been great to work with! With any long term relationship, B2B or otherwise, there are going to be typical learning curves, mistakes, etc. on both ends. The fact that the team at Concierge Elite is always interested in improving and making sure we were happy makes the relationship work. There are some clients that want to only talk to our in-house staff and they are accommodated, but during the COVID months (years) this was a lifesaver.

Great people and totally worth it! Everything from the start has been smooth and amazing! From picking our perfect match to teaching him how to do what we do. It has been smooth sailing! Everyone is so nice and easy to work with. It has taken a lot of the stress out of the clinic itself and our feedback has been great too.

Wonderful service, still needs a few improvements The service is great for getting those calls that may otherwise be missed opportunities. Our clients definitely like to speak with a real person instead of being on hold or leaving a message on a machine. The only trouble we have really had is with our farm clients. Sometimes the concierge team doesn't understand that a dairy cow doesn't have a name and small things like that. Our farmers don't typically have the patience to deal with people they don't already know from the clinic. Otherwise, I think the benefits of the service are wonderful.

We love having a concierge service We love having a concierge service, this way we don’t miss any calls or lose any business. It is seriously like having 2/3 additional staff members to answer phones (which are constantly ringing), Take messages, and schedule appointments for us. Would highly recommend!
