USPleased with concierge My practice has a very large call volume, and having someone answer the phone is much better than voicemail. It's not perfect, so we are moving to dedicated concierge team members and I'm very excited about that.

USI love this concept and when it works… I love this concept and when it works it is great - but sometimes the feedback I get from my more vocal regular clients can still be a bit frustrating... they would still prefer the person they are able to speak with to be one of our team members on site. For new clients or clients who just want to book an appointment without a lot of questions and hand holding however it works great.

US10/10 Would Recommend I set up my business with Concierge Elite, they advised me well on what I would need to make the most of the great service they offer. I found that I was able to increase the number of clients I had coming through my doors as I was able to count on them to take calls and deal with customers on the phone.
