It is seriously like having 2/3 additional staff members to answer phones (which are constantly ringing), Take messages, and schedule appointments for us. Would highly recommend!

Pleasure to work with Concierge Elite has been great to work with! With any long term relationship, B2B or otherwise, there are going to be typical learning curves, mistakes, etc. on both ends. The fact that the team at Concierge Elite is always interested in improving and making sure we were happy makes the relationship work. There are some clients that want to only talk to our in-house staff and they are accommodated, but during the COVID months (years) this was a lifesaver.
