2 years, not complaints I've been using SEMrush for almost 2 years now and It's a great product. While it has some limitations, the combination of user-friendliness, low cost, tool depth and variety is great. If you want a tool that will help you create content and rank better on Google, Sem's a great choice.

Great for Website SEO, Keyword Research, and Location Listings The SemRush customer service is always top-notch. I really appreciate that they provide you with an account executive to help walk through any issues or product features that you want to learn about. The product itself offers the best bang for the buck that I have found for an SEO platform and provides all the necessary information I need for tracking and improvement across my sites. In another job I also used their Local services and it was an incredibly easy way to manage multiple locations and improve your local online presence. Highly recommend!

We ended up paying double to what we subscribed for. We signed up for Guru, and by the end of the month, we were charged twice what we had initially agreed to. We also tried apps within SEMrush during their trial period. Subsequently, we contacted support to cancel these apps. We were assured that if we did not extend them, the trial would end automatically. However, it did not, and we were charged double. This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. It seems that support is not well-informed. As a startup, we cannot afford such surprises. We requested to cancel our entire account and plan to switch to another tool to better manage our marketing expenses without any unexpected costs.

One negative aspect is that the pricing can get a tad confusing with all the add-ons you might need. It'd be easier if they just bundled everything together.
