Powerful, Comprehensive, and Cost-Effective We've been using Semrush for 3.5 years, transitioning from Bright Edge primarily due to cost benefits. Semrush offers a ton of SEO tools and features at a fraction of the cost, providing exceptional value. However, its feature set can be overwhelming, sort of like "drinking from a firehose." Despite this, the depth of information available is one of its greatest assets, offering everything from keyword research, site audits, competitor traffic analysis, AI writing assistants, etc. And we're happy to have SEMrush play an important role in our digital strategy.

We also tried apps within SEMrush during their trial period. Subsequently, we contacted support to cancel these apps. We were assured that if we did not extend them, the trial would end automatically. However, it did not, and we were charged double. This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. It seems that support is not well-informed. As a startup, we cannot afford such surprises. We requested to cancel our entire account and plan to switch to another tool to better manage our marketing expenses without any unexpected costs.
