Semrush charged me $100 for not using… Semrush charged me $100 for not using their app and refused to refund the money after 10 days. I didn't use the app at all and want my money back. Terrible empathy and customer support. #1 on the hate list.

I really appreciate that they provide you with an account executive to help walk through any issues or product features that you want to learn about. The product itself offers the best bang for the buck that I have found for an SEO platform and provides all the necessary information I need for tracking and improvement across my sites. In another job I also used their Local services and it was an incredibly easy way to manage multiple locations and improve your local online presence. Highly recommend!

A super helpful SEO tool Semrush has been super helpful in our SEO efforts. We utilize the keyword research and tracking features regularly, and we love putting our content in the writing assistant tool to get very specific tips on how to optimize our content for our keywords. Powerful, Comprehensive, and Cost-Effective We've been using Semrush for 3.5 years, transitioning from Bright Edge primarily due to cost benefits. Semrush offers a ton of SEO tools and features at a fraction of the cost, providing exceptional value. However, its feature set can be overwhelming, sort of like "drinking from a firehose." Despite this, the depth of information available is one of its greatest assets, offering everything from keyword research, site audits, competitor traffic analysis, AI writing assistants, etc. And we're happy to have SEMrush play an important role in our digital strategy.
