GBSemrush charged me $100 for not using… Semrush charged me $100 for not using their app and refused to refund the money after 10 days. I didn't use the app at all and want my money back. Terrible empathy and customer support. #1 on the hate list.

GB2 years, not complaints I've been using SEMrush for almost 2 years now and It's a great product. While it has some limitations, the combination of user-friendliness, low cost, tool depth and variety is great. If you want a tool that will help you create content and rank better on Google, Sem's a great choice.
