GBSemrush charged me $100 for not using… Semrush charged me $100 for not using their app and refused to refund the money after 10 days. I didn't use the app at all and want my money back. Terrible empathy and customer support. #1 on the hate list.

SEExtremely long and shady cancellation… Extremely long and shady cancellation process. And if you accidentally miss a step and get charged, they get keep their money since they only have a short 7 day refund window. Companies with practices like this should be avoided at all cost. Very shady.

GBHello Hello This is my experience with Semrush I have been using there backlink analytics tool for a while. Since it suppose to be accurate. Soon as I started to connect my website to authority websites and I used semrush Backlink Checker all of a sudden my website graphic is suspicious and my domain is fabricated. When I use google Backlink Checker I don’t have such bad reports and many other Backlink Checker how comes I’m not getting any spammy reports like semrush likes to dish out.

GBWe ended up paying double to what we subscribed for. We signed up for Guru, and by the end of the month, we were charged twice what we had initially agreed to. We also tried apps within SEMrush during their trial period. Subsequently, we contacted support to cancel these apps. We were assured that if we did not extend them, the trial would end automatically. However, it did not, and we were charged double. This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. It seems that support is not well-informed. As a startup, we cannot afford such surprises. We requested to cancel our entire account and plan to switch to another tool to better manage our marketing expenses without any unexpected costs.

ESGreat for SEO, but pricing can be confusing Semrush is seriously great for handling all your SEO and audit needs. It's super helpful for optimizing your website and finding the keywords that'll boost your rankings. Plus, it's got some handy features for paid search that come in handy. One negative aspect is that the pricing can get a tad confusing with all the add-ons you might need. It'd be easier if they just bundled everything together.
