The product itself offers the best bang for the buck that I have found for an SEO platform and provides all the necessary information I need for tracking and improvement across my sites. In another job I also used their Local services and it was an incredibly easy way to manage multiple locations and improve your local online presence. Highly recommend!

Semrush also continues to perform checks on our client's websites and send updates in email regarding positive developments as well as areas of concern. I should have purchased Semrush a long time go. It is a great tool.

We ended up paying double to what we subscribed for. We signed up for Guru, and by the end of the month, we were charged twice what we had initially agreed to. We also tried apps within SEMrush during their trial period. Subsequently, we contacted support to cancel these apps. We were assured that if we did not extend them, the trial would end automatically. However, it did not, and we were charged double. This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. It seems that support is not well-informed. As a startup, we cannot afford such surprises. We requested to cancel our entire account and plan to switch to another tool to better manage our marketing expenses without any unexpected costs.
