I was actually really surprised b y that. We decided it wasn't something that we could use at my shop at the time, so I cancelled it. I was pleasantly surprised again by how easy it was to cancel. This company has been very honest and easy to deal with, and I will definetly keep them in mind if our needs change in the future.

We received the check and decided that their premium package wasn't the right fit for us. We sent them an email letting them know that at this time we weren't interested and they canceled our premium service after the 30 day trial without any hassle. Very happy!
