GBTeledirect.com is a horrible call center. I would not recommend Teledirect.com for call center solutions. We hired them to answer calls and they keep answering with the wrong greeting and even the wrong company name. They did not take the complaint seriously and they refused to fix the problem. There are 6 documented attempts from me alone, plus others in my company. Teledirect is NOT a good call center.

GBSeminar Edge Service is Legit! When it comes to teledirect's seminar edge service, they are great. They're ability to help get people scheduled for informational lunch and learn workshops has allowed us to work on other things to keep the business running.

We have tested the service several times successfully, and have had flawless execution of the process we set up when actual customer calls have come in.
