GBSimple...too simple Simple... too simple. This is not a fake review, my company is a customer not me personally. Often the operators fail to get all necessary information, i.e. address, email. Also when taking reservation they take guest info, but it doesn't include relationship to registered guest, which in my business is important. Once they begin taking waitlist reservations, I am lucky to get a phone number and don't register any intended guests. That means I have no idea how many people are on the waitlist and if I have one open spot, I call and they have 3 guests. I find that the user interface while simple to use, doesn't capture or show necessary info and also that there is no way to track confirmations and/or changes without having to open the reservation and typing it in. I have used other services that allowed me to do all that from the main screen.

GBWe have been using TeleDirect as an off-hour call center We have been using TeleDirect as an off-hour call center to field service calls for our software company, to ask a few triage questions, and then contact our development team to engage with any issues. We have tested the service several times successfully, and have had flawless execution of the process we set up when actual customer calls have come in.
