GB1 Star is to many for Teledirect 1 Star is to many for Teledirect. We were told we would have a live operator answer our calls, that is not the case. We got a generic automated message and our customers were put on hold and never picked up. We had customers who were "disconnected" and not called back. I called myself to see what was going on and my customers were right. I called our CSR Loise and was told, "what your customers said is not accurate". I told her I had called myself and experienced the same problems and Loise told me "I was not accurate". Even though I had called and spoke to Loise previously and she told me they did not have enough employees. They charged us 30 minutes for holiday's when no calls came in on the holiday. I had to call multiple times to get the minutes credited back to me. You think you are getting a good deal with them paying by the minute until you start seeing they are taking 5 minutes per call and you are getting a 5 word message for this 5 minute call. They do not stick to the script you send them always missing information and claim the customer would not give them the info. People always call and leave a message and refuse to give you their name. You are better off with VM you get from your telephone carrier than using this company.
