Reliable Professional Service I am a first timer when it comes to outsourcing. I signed up for their service about 6 months ago. I have used this call center for different campaigns and very pleased so far. We are a plumbing company where reliable professional support 24/7 is a must. Partnering with Teledirect has helped us to have happy customers. Billing is simple to the second. Transparent online portal with real time data. Thank you Teledirect.

Teledirect.com is a horrible call center. I would not recommend Teledirect.com for call center solutions. We hired them to answer calls and they keep answering with the wrong greeting and even the wrong company name. They did not take the complaint seriously and they refused to fix the problem. There are 6 documented attempts from me alone, plus others in my company. Teledirect is NOT a good call center.

I have had the pleasure of working with Loise Wise I have had the pleasure of working with Teledirect now for a couple of years. They have provided our company with the peace of mind by knowing our clients are taken care of. They provide excellent service to our clients and have been able to handle all the different business needs we have. They have multiple tools to help your business succeed. They always respond promptly to communications, and work to solve any issues. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Seminar Edge Service is Legit! When it comes to teledirect's seminar edge service, they are great. They're ability to help get people scheduled for informational lunch and learn workshops has allowed us to work on other things to keep the business running.

Great Experience with TeleDirect When transitioning to TeleDirect, their team made the process very easy. They have met their SLAs throughout the time we have partnered with them, and if there are any opportunities for training for their staff they are very quick to address it. Our system is overall happy with the services we are receiving from TeleDirect!
