GBTeledirect.com is a horrible call center. I would not recommend Teledirect.com for call center solutions. We hired them to answer calls and they keep answering with the wrong greeting and even the wrong company name. They did not take the complaint seriously and they refused to fix the problem. There are 6 documented attempts from me alone, plus others in my company. Teledirect is NOT a good call center.

GBTeleDirect has done an admirable job… TeleDirect has done an admirable job for us ensuring connection with our clients. Colleen Sullivan is a most accommodating and efficient account manager. There will always be fine tuning of any product and she continues to make that process easy and effective.
