Simple...too simple Simple... too simple. This is not a fake review, my company is a customer not me personally. Often the operators fail to get all necessary information, i.e. address, email. Also when taking reservation they take guest info, but it doesn't include relationship to registered guest, which in my business is important. Once they begin taking waitlist reservations, I am lucky to get a phone number and don't register any intended guests. That means I have no idea how many people are on the waitlist and if I have one open spot, I call and they have 3 guests. I find that the user interface while simple to use, doesn't capture or show necessary info and also that there is no way to track confirmations and/or changes without having to open the reservation and typing it in. I have used other services that allowed me to do all that from the main screen.

Seminar Edge Service is Legit! When it comes to teledirect's seminar edge service, they are great. They're ability to help get people scheduled for informational lunch and learn workshops has allowed us to work on other things to keep the business running.

Top Notch Customer Care I've not only used TeleDirect in my offices, but I've now referred many of my clients to their services. The customer care we've received since day one and the top notch communication and client engagement experience has been worth its weight in gold. When you're too busy to handle inbound call volume or for seminar reservation services, TeleDirect is the call center for you.

1 Star is to many for Teledirect 1 Star is to many for Teledirect. We were told we would have a live operator answer our calls, that is not the case. We got a generic automated message and our customers were put on hold and never picked up. We had customers who were "disconnected" and not called back. I called myself to see what was going on and my customers were right. I called our CSR Loise and was told, "what your customers said is not accurate". I told her I had called myself and experienced the same problems and Loise told me "I was not accurate". Even though I had called and spoke to Loise previously and she told me they did not have enough employees. They charged us 30 minutes for holiday's when no calls came in on the holiday. I had to call multiple times to get the minutes credited back to me. You think you are getting a good deal with them paying by the minute until you start seeing they are taking 5 minutes per call and you are getting a 5 word message for this 5 minute call. They do not stick to the script you send them always missing information and claim the customer would not give them the info. People always call and leave a message and refuse to give you their name. You are better off with VM you get from your telephone carrier than using this company.
