They have met their SLAs throughout the time we have partnered with them, and if there are any opportunities for training for their staff they are very quick to address it. GBSimple...too simple Simple... too simple. This is not a fake review, my company is a customer not me personally. Often the operators fail to get all necessary information, i.e. address, email. Also when taking reservation they take guest info, but it doesn't include relationship to registered guest, which in my business is important. Once they begin taking waitlist reservations, I am lucky to get a phone number and don't register any intended guests. That means I have no idea how many people are on the waitlist and if I have one open spot, I call and they have 3 guests. I find that the user interface while simple to use, doesn't capture or show necessary info and also that there is no way to track confirmations and/or changes without having to open the reservation and typing it in. I have used other services that allowed me to do all that from the main screen.

GBTeledirect.com is a horrible call center. I would not recommend Teledirect.com for call center solutions. We hired them to answer calls and they keep answering with the wrong greeting and even the wrong company name. They did not take the complaint seriously and they refused to fix the problem. There are 6 documented attempts from me alone, plus others in my company. Teledirect is NOT a good call center.
