Teledirect is a great call answering service Teledirect is a great call answering service. It is a nice wholesome call center providing great service. We love their reservation platform. Our event registration process has been very organized using their service for guest registration. Thank you to the Teledirect folks. We appreciate it. Over the years, this is one vendor relationship which I have trusted and cherished.

Simple...too simple Simple... too simple. This is not a fake review, my company is a customer not me personally. Often the operators fail to get all necessary information, i.e. address, email. Also when taking reservation they take guest info, but it doesn't include relationship to registered guest, which in my business is important. Once they begin taking waitlist reservations, I am lucky to get a phone number and don't register any intended guests. That means I have no idea how many people are on the waitlist and if I have one open spot, I call and they have 3 guests. I find that the user interface while simple to use, doesn't capture or show necessary info and also that there is no way to track confirmations and/or changes without having to open the reservation and typing it in. I have used other services that allowed me to do all that from the main screen.

Very dependable service For my counseling clinic, I've found it difficult to find a solid answering service. TeleDirect has been a breath of fresh air, providing great service without any contracts.

5 Stars for Kat Keys and TeleDirect Kat Keys with client services has been amazing. We are able to reach out to her and get personal service whenever we have questions. Providing that type of service can be rare these days! Thankful to have Kat and TeleDirect on our side.
