Scam Scam. Professional thieves! Not informing properly that they charge the customer 1 EUR a min for a call. Instead, they hide this information in a text to make it legally acceptable. Loathsome!

Very dependable service For my counseling clinic, I've found it difficult to find a solid answering service. TeleDirect has been a breath of fresh air, providing great service without any contracts.

5 Stars for Kat Keys and TeleDirect Kat Keys with client services has been amazing. We are able to reach out to her and get personal service whenever we have questions. Providing that type of service can be rare these days! Thankful to have Kat and TeleDirect on our side.

My CSR is responsive and informative My CSR is responsive and informative. Their dashboard makes it easy to requisition phone numbers without any help from anyone else. Campaign creation is a piece of cake.

Teledirect.com is a horrible call center. I would not recommend Teledirect.com for call center solutions. We hired them to answer calls and they keep answering with the wrong greeting and even the wrong company name. They did not take the complaint seriously and they refused to fix the problem. There are 6 documented attempts from me alone, plus others in my company. Teledirect is NOT a good call center.
