My ordinarry experinece with Glam… My ordinarry experinece with Glam Seamless was almost good. The stuff was quite nice, so moslty hapy about the purchase Then but ther was minimal qualitty issue. I understand it might be just unlucky case and I don't wanna to blame the company as awhole for it so I'll give them 3 stars. Maybe I'll give them an extra star next time :)) I havn't had too much contact with the custmer servise. Haven't even felt I need it.

Save your money Horrible horrible horrible quality. The hair feels dry and synthetic. It bunches up and feels like Amazon hair. I was told I need to give them the SKU number to receive replacement hair and that I can find it on the box the extensions came in. They said without this SKU number and if I threw it away, they can’t send me replacement hair. They failed to tell me I can just look it up on my account. So now I’m stuck with a credit that will get me maybe a pack of hair. I still used it anyway because wth am I supposed to do with a gift card??? The hair is trash I promise you. Save your money please. I hate to bash a business like this but when you hype yourself up on a website a saying you are the best company of extensions out there, you better be the best. I spent money getting these installed and taken out within a matter of a week. Everyone keeps coming up behind me and brushing out my hair. I keep getting asked what extensions I have in because they don’t want them. I’m sitting here with no shine in my hair and a matted up mess. The customer service lady seemed uninterested in doing anything she could to get me to be satisfied. I’m so upset. This company is an absolute scam. If you’ve had a good experience with Glam, consider yourself lucky.

Smooth Exchange/Great Products My initial order arrived in the 2-4 shipping time frame I selected. Due to my own bad guess, I returned/exchanged my package for a lighter color. My return took a while to get back to Glam Seamless (which was no fault of theirs) and I really wanted my exchanged extensions back this week. I reached out to see how to speed up this process. Nicole responded to my email so quickly! She offered to look into my concern while simultaneously providing another option to receive my exchange for the event I have in a few days. Prompt responses, effort, and great products are what we customers expect and I’ve received nothing less from Nicole and the Glam Seamless team. I’ve trusted my invisi clip-ins for about 5 years now and I’ve gotten more compliments than I can count, so I suggest this brand to everyone I know! Thanks GS!!

The customer service is excellent The customer service is excellent. I recently ordered hair extensions for my wedding & one of the clips had a minor issue. They were able to quickly replace it by sending me a new one. I love a company that can back up what they say, along with being genuine. The hair is beautiful & it makes me feel amazing wearing them. I highly recommend trying them out.
