They were able to quickly replace it by sending me a new one. I love a company that can back up what they say, along with being genuine. The hair is beautiful & it makes me feel amazing wearing them. Colour out of stock provided a new colour My colour was out of stock and they helped me find a new colour, gave recommendations for how many packs I should order and gave me a 10% discount! This is my second and largest order from glam seamless and the customer service is quick and fantastic! Ordering hair from Canada can be stressful with duty fees or quality of some brands here just are not the best. Glam seamless is amazing my clip ins are over a year old and still in perfect condition and I’m excited to try these tape ins. I’ve worn many brands of tape ins and clip ins before and they tend to shed however my glam seamless clips do not shed at all even a year and a half later! Thank you for your amazing customer service and quick action on helping me find a new colour.
