Feels scammy. Avoid. Feels scammy. Ordered June 4. Got an email June 6 that hey! It shipped and you can look it up using the tracking number. However, hard to look up when no tracking number was included in the email. Customer service sent me two separate emails wanting me to review a purchase I never recieved. Have yet to respond to my inquiries about no item, no tracking number.

Love My Beautiful HairZing Combs! This is my second very happy review of HairZings medium combs because they work great in my fine thin hair. I highly recommend and brag about all 4 beautiful combs in my collection. It’s like having jewelry that makes my everyday hair look fabulous.

YOUR TINY, TINY ICONS i had a very hard time finding the exact comb my daughter wanted. she had given me the name of it but it took FOREVER to figure out those tiny tiny images were actually the icons to click on! MAKE YOUR ICONS LOOK LIKE ICONS so customers are not wasting their time trying to figure out your website. PLEASE!

Simply the Best!!! I wear these every day & love them for multiple reasons. They don’t kink your hair, hold GREAT all day, lay flat/are very user friendly, have a fair color collection, come in 2 different sizes (or hair types) & most importantly for me - you can wear them with a hat & avoid the headache with easy on/off workability. My one & only wish is that the medium size would be available in more colors (although I have a very nice collection currently) . . . I keep watching for pink, purple, red, teal, etc. Fantastic product! Thank-You HairZing

Asked for info and received much more! I asked for information about why the teeth/prongs were bending on my medium, double cross comb. Also asked about which products are designed for thick hair although I wasn't sure my hair is considered thick. The customer service rep looked at my recent order and saw that the banana comb I ordered was for thin hair, so she sent me one for thick hair! WOW! Amazing service! She also answered my question about the thick hair medium combs and suggested several styles. Thank you, HairZing! You're the best - love all my combs (and the collection is growing!)
