If there is ever an issue with a claim, they have let me know within days, so I can fix it before any 30 day return window is over. Never once have they ignored my question or left a claim unpaid, as other rebate sites have. This is a family run business from what I understand, and they are always striving to improve the ease of their site. I love the great variety of items they offer rebates on. Unlike other similar sites, they pay sooner, directly to me or my bank, and often at 100%. There's is always a true rebate-sometimes with a code to reduce initial outlay. It is not just a 10% off code that was already listed on Amazon- (Yes, other "rebate progrsms"often pull that one). I have gotten many gifts, electronics, health supplements, baby items, linens, and cleaning supplies through this site. Each year it helps me replenish my donations for Toys for Tots, shelter homes, and the many charities in need of goods.
