Happy Long Term Customer I have been using eliterebate.com for several years. Great rebate site! If there is ever an issue with a claim, they have let me know within days, so I can fix it before any 30 day return window is over. Never once have they ignored my question or left a claim unpaid, as other rebate sites have. This is a family run business from what I understand, and they are always striving to improve the ease of their site. I love the great variety of items they offer rebates on. Unlike other similar sites, they pay sooner, directly to me or my bank, and often at 100%. There's is always a true rebate-sometimes with a code to reduce initial outlay. It is not just a 10% off code that was already listed on Amazon- (Yes, other "rebate progrsms"often pull that one). I have gotten many gifts, electronics, health supplements, baby items, linens, and cleaning supplies through this site. Each year it helps me replenish my donations for Toys for Tots, shelter homes, and the many charities in need of goods. I include a url for products with these donations to help spread the word on these great products. It's a win for everyone!

Great Customer Service & Very Nice Products This is the most prompt & trustworthy rebate company I have ever worked with. The customer service is quick at responding if you need help with anything. The products that I've received through them are all nice and the rebates are VERY FAST! The rebates do not require any type of action by me other than buying the product and filling out my purchase information; just as if I were doing one through the mail; except much easier. Glad I found this group!

Favorite Rebate Site I use multiple sites to try free products and Elite Rebate is my favorite. I buy hundreds of dollars worth of products (literally) every week, and receive reimbursement the following Friday. I started using ER two years ago and this year things really amped up with more and varied products, system updates to keep better track of payments, and the online chat feature to name a few. I’ve received tons of products for my family and friends, and donations to those in need. I love this site.

I love this site I love this site! It is very straightforward and has exposed me to several new products that I've enjoyed. The actual website can sometimes lag when traffic is high, but I've had no issues with support or purchases. I highly recommend it!

Not worth the effort anymore Since the launch of the website everything changed for the worse. You can barely get anything anymore unless you want to pay for the items that have an out of pocket expense plus tax. I am not usually one to write reviews but I feel its necessary to show the true reality of what is going on for alot of us. I can no longer recommend this site.
