All of their hair is soft, hairline is realistic and lace is absolutely top tier. I’ve recommended several people and family members to LuvMe and they’ve also fallen in love with LuvMe. Low quality and shed wig unit So I recently purchase 2 lace wigs from LUVME Hair at a Popup shop they hosted here in Houston, Texas. I went on their website to post my review and notice they removed it. The wigs I purchased was the LUVME HAIR 16inch 150 density WIG LOOSE BODY WAVE 7X6 CLOSURE HD LACE PRE PLUCKED & BLEACHED READY TO GO And I also purchased NATURAL KINKY STRAIGHT GLUELESS 13X4 180 density FRONTAL HD LACE 24in LONG WIG 100% HUMAN HAIR. Now in the pass I will say they have had some good hair wigs. But these last two units I have purchased were no good quality. I am not sure of the switch hair vendors or what. Both of my units have been shedding tremendously and the body wave hair has been tangling. On their website they have all the 5 to 4 star reviews as if they hair quality and wig units are good but now I have realized after posting a negative review that when you post a negative review about they hair they will most definitely erase it. So potential customers do not see the negative. So after I noticed this I went looking and this is how I ended up on trustpilot.com. I spent a total of $455 that day for both of my wigs. Don’t believe all those so call positive reviews on their website. They only display the positive reviews on their site.

Fast response and helpful My order was sent to the wrong Address in Los Angeles I email Luvme support and get help and Luvme contacted DHL I also downloaded FHL app and resolved the problem. On another order I cancelled an order and wanted to reorder it but the price went up I contacted Luvme and they were nice enough to give it to me for the same price and I am grateful.

Low quality hair I received the wig I bought for 240 dollars, first it was so scanty, secondly, it’s was starting to Matt even before wearing it, and lastly the cap is too small for me. I tried returning it but they stopped responding the moment I told them I want to return it. It’s so unfair buying a wig of that price and it’s a total waste.
