The customer service team is amazing and whatever I’m informed that will take place happens in a timely manner. Ordering, shipping, receiving or even returning is made very easy. I placed an order for a new unit on Sat evening late, and received a notification here on Monday early morning that my order had fully shipped and expected to be delivered on Wed. I cannot wait! Awesome I received my 6th order from Luvmehair today, a 12 inch blunt bob. It's nice and soft. I'm really not a fan of short hair but I decided to give this a try. As always, it comes in a purple box with extra goodies.
