I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.

When choosing a reason to cancel, you're kicked right back to the start all over again and then the customer service team are ridiculous, why on earth would you need the last 4 digits of my card on file when I'm emailing from the email on file? Make it make sense. I have had to cancel my card just to stop them from trying to take 40 payments a day. Ridiculous.
