They understood my issue thoroughly, and the issue I experienced was profound. It demanded a comprehensive understanding. They were also very compassionate and understanding. I felt like I was being heard and understood, not like I was talking to some type of robot or machine. I really thought that Moz would give up on me because of how complex my issue was. Great service and business ethics I took out a trial subscription to explore the functions. They were fine but didn't include a particular thing I was looking for. A month went by, I thought I had cancelled but didn't and so a charge went through. I emailed them to explain, they immediately understood and refunded the charge. I'm no expert on their technology but their service and business ethics are great.
