Great service and business ethics I took out a trial subscription to explore the functions. They were fine but didn't include a particular thing I was looking for. A month went by, I thought I had cancelled but didn't and so a charge went through. I emailed them to explain, they immediately understood and refunded the charge. I'm no expert on their technology but their service and business ethics are great.

Amazing team and very accommodating… Amazing team and very accommodating with small errors as well as large ones. Recommended for medium to large organizations, the time it takes to get noticed and score can hinder small businesses that a cas strapped and in my case building my SEO and peripherals to is already demanding! It's literally impossible to cancel It's literally impossible to cancel. The button that says 'cancel here' conveniently isn't linked to anything. When choosing a reason to cancel, you're kicked right back to the start all over again and then the customer service team are ridiculous, why on earth would you need the last 4 digits of my card on file when I'm emailing from the email on file? Make it make sense. I have had to cancel my card just to stop them from trying to take 40 payments a day. Ridiculous.
