GBProfessional SEO tools; Great customer service Moz offers amazing SEO tools, in my opinion more useful for skilled technicians. It's definitely possible to use other tools when you're just starting out, but Moz still offers a great value with their subscription options. Their customer service is also too notch, they'll really take care of each one of their customers. They issued me a refund for an accidental subscription, which surprised me since their Terms of Use states that they don't! Even without a subscription, Moz still offers lots of materials to learn for free, which people who are new to SEO should use.

CAA great system, but they are deceivers Their system is actually really good. It's great for giving you suggestions for different keywords and helping you understand which keywords to target. However, when you sign up for their service, they sign you up automatically for their most expensive plan, and they hide any indication that there are cheaper plans available, that is, until you try to cancel you're account, and then they'll let you know that you can downgrade to smaller plans. They tricked me. I was deceived. Shame on them. Anyway, other than their black-hat, deceptive tactics, it's a really great program!

CALoved My Experience I liked how knowledgeable Aneta, Customer Support Engineer was and how dedicated Eli Myers was, Senior Customer Support Engineer. They understood my issue thoroughly, and the issue I experienced was profound. It demanded a comprehensive understanding. They were also very compassionate and understanding. I felt like I was being heard and understood, not like I was talking to some type of robot or machine. I really thought that Moz would give up on me because of how complex my issue was. I had such an experience before; another really "professional" company just gave up on me because they could not resolve the issue. But, Aneta and Eli Myers just continued tackling the issue persistently and confidently, yet with a sense of compassion! Even though I was on a "free trial"!!! This makes me confident about this company and how they treat their clients! I would recommend this company. They are there for the long haul to make real long-term clients, not for the short term, just to make a profit.

GEExcellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.

Recommended for medium to large organizations, the time it takes to get noticed and score can hinder small businesses that a cas strapped and in my case building my SEO and peripherals to is already demanding!
