Excellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.

Great service and business ethics I took out a trial subscription to explore the functions. They were fine but didn't include a particular thing I was looking for. A month went by, I thought I had cancelled but didn't and so a charge went through. I emailed them to explain, they immediately understood and refunded the charge.
