I used the free trial then realized I… I used the free trial then realized I didn’t need the service. I forgot to cancel the trial and got pushed into a paid subscription. I reached out to the MOZ team and they were very responsive, very understanding and refunded me promptly which (unfortunately) in this day and age doesn’t always happen. Great look for the MOZ team, they do absolutely care about their customers.

Recommended for medium to large organizations, the time it takes to get noticed and score can hinder small businesses that a cas strapped and in my case building my SEO and peripherals to is already demanding! MOZ as a Whole - Amazing MOZ has pretty decent software, but their entire offering is why they get 5 stars. They have a robust community, they offer great content and they offer good software that does an all-around solid job. It is not my only choice and top-choice, but it's part of the software we use and it is certainly worth the cost. Great company overall, their impact on the industry alone deserves 5-stars!

Excellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.
