Excellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.

I really enjoyed the video format, as I could listen and read the slides at the same time which really helps me learn faster. It also combined the theory with the practical application very well. I am confident after taking this course that I can optimise our website performance, increase domain authority and find the best keywords to use for creating content. Thank you.

The Moz Technical SEO Certification… The Moz Technical SEO Certification provides a good foundation for SEO practicioners. The content was organized, well presented and digestible for those with a limited understanding. I felt that the assigned tasks could have been more fully developed. They assume that the user has the knowledge and access to tools necessary to complete the tasks. Also the content seems slightly dated. Overall I would recommend this course

Recommended for medium to large organizations, the time it takes to get noticed and score can hinder small businesses that a cas strapped and in my case building my SEO and peripherals to is already demanding! Professional SEO tools; Great customer service Moz offers amazing SEO tools, in my opinion more useful for skilled technicians. It's definitely possible to use other tools when you're just starting out, but Moz still offers a great value with their subscription options. Their customer service is also too notch, they'll really take care of each one of their customers. They issued me a refund for an accidental subscription, which surprised me since their Terms of Use states that they don't! Even without a subscription, Moz still offers lots of materials to learn for free, which people who are new to SEO should use.
