It's literally impossible to cancel It's literally impossible to cancel. The button that says 'cancel here' conveniently isn't linked to anything. When choosing a reason to cancel, you're kicked right back to the start all over again and then the customer service team are ridiculous, why on earth would you need the last 4 digits of my card on file when I'm emailing from the email on file? Make it make sense. I have had to cancel my card just to stop them from trying to take 40 payments a day. Ridiculous.

I used the free trial then realized I… I used the free trial then realized I didn’t need the service. I forgot to cancel the trial and got pushed into a paid subscription. I reached out to the MOZ team and they were very responsive, very understanding and refunded me promptly which (unfortunately) in this day and age doesn’t always happen. Great look for the MOZ team, they do absolutely care about their customers.

money grabbing scammers money grabbing scammers. they will trick you into paying them to get your commissions out. stay the hell away from them. also, after every negative, truthful review they post a few fake positive ones that hold no value.... ridiculous. be wise people

Best SEO course I've taken Best SEO course I've taken. The tutors are amazing and the course is structured very well. I really enjoyed the video format, as I could listen and read the slides at the same time which really helps me learn faster. It also combined the theory with the practical application very well. Excellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.
