Great thought leadership and SEO toolset I've used MOZ for a few years, since back when it was SEOMOZ, and it has always been a robust tool with great thought leadership backing the product. Rand Fishkin is a brilliant digital marketing leader. I really do wish it did a better job at spidering sites, instead of relying on a third party app like Xenu or ScreamingFrog. I really just want an all in one solution, and I feel like MOZ comes close in a lot of ways.

Loved My Experience I liked how knowledgeable Aneta, Customer Support Engineer was and how dedicated Eli Myers was, Senior Customer Support Engineer. They understood my issue thoroughly, and the issue I experienced was profound. It demanded a comprehensive understanding. They were also very compassionate and understanding. I felt like I was being heard and understood, not like I was talking to some type of robot or machine. I really thought that Moz would give up on me because of how complex my issue was. I had such an experience before; another really "professional" company just gave up on me because they could not resolve the issue.
