Excellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.

MOZ as a Whole - Amazing MOZ has pretty decent software, but their entire offering is why they get 5 stars. They have a robust community, they offer great content and they offer good software that does an all-around solid job. Their customer service is also too notch, they'll really take care of each one of their customers. Even without a subscription, Moz still offers lots of materials to learn for free, which people who are new to SEO should use.
