Excellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.

Great service and business ethics I took out a trial subscription to explore the functions. They were fine but didn't include a particular thing I was looking for. A month went by, I thought I had cancelled but didn't and so a charge went through. I emailed them to explain, they immediately understood and refunded the charge. I'm no expert on their technology but their service and business ethics are great.

I used the free trial then realized I… I used the free trial then realized I didn’t need the service. I forgot to cancel the trial and got pushed into a paid subscription. I reached out to the MOZ team and they were very responsive, very understanding and refunded me promptly which (unfortunately) in this day and age doesn’t always happen. Great look for the MOZ team, they do absolutely care about their customers.

Best SEO course I've taken Best SEO course I've taken. The tutors are amazing and the course is structured very well. I really enjoyed the video format, as I could listen and read the slides at the same time which really helps me learn faster. It also combined the theory with the practical application very well.
