I really enjoyed the video format, as I could listen and read the slides at the same time which really helps me learn faster. It also combined the theory with the practical application very well. I am confident after taking this course that I can optimise our website performance, increase domain authority and find the best keywords to use for creating content. Thank you.

A great system, but they are deceivers Their system is actually really good. It's great for giving you suggestions for different keywords and helping you understand which keywords to target. However, when you sign up for their service, they sign you up automatically for their most expensive plan, and they hide any indication that there are cheaper plans available, that is, until you try to cancel you're account, and then they'll let you know that you can downgrade to smaller plans. They tricked me. I was deceived. Shame on them. Anyway, other than their black-hat, deceptive tactics, it's a really great program!

Great service and business ethics I took out a trial subscription to explore the functions. They were fine but didn't include a particular thing I was looking for. A month went by, I thought I had cancelled but didn't and so a charge went through. I emailed them to explain, they immediately understood and refunded the charge. I'm no expert on their technology but their service and business ethics are great.

I like the concept of Moz DA I like the concept of Moz DA, however when I compare their data to Google (search console) it is almost frightening. Moz miss alot of really big links (Including several wiki links!?) Might just be me, but I really dislike being judged on badly collected data.

I used the free trial then realized I… I used the free trial then realized I didn’t need the service. I forgot to cancel the trial and got pushed into a paid subscription. I reached out to the MOZ team and they were very responsive, very understanding and refunded me promptly which (unfortunately) in this day and age doesn’t always happen. Great look for the MOZ team, they do absolutely care about their customers.
