Great thought leadership and SEO toolset I've used MOZ for a few years, since back when it was SEOMOZ, and it has always been a robust tool with great thought leadership backing the product. Rand Fishkin is a brilliant digital marketing leader. I really do wish it did a better job at spidering sites, instead of relying on a third party app like Xenu or ScreamingFrog. I really just want an all in one solution, and I feel like MOZ comes close in a lot of ways.

I really enjoyed the video format, as I could listen and read the slides at the same time which really helps me learn faster. It also combined the theory with the practical application very well. The Moz Technical SEO Certification… The Moz Technical SEO Certification provides a good foundation for SEO practicioners. The content was organized, well presented and digestible for those with a limited understanding. I felt that the assigned tasks could have been more fully developed. They assume that the user has the knowledge and access to tools necessary to complete the tasks. Also the content seems slightly dated. Overall I would recommend this course

Excellent Customer Service I wasn't aware that once the free trial ended, my card would be charged the monthly subscription amount. I was quite surprised when I saw the charge pop up on my phone. I emailed MOZ support and quickly received an email back asking to confirm my details. I was then issued a full refund plus a $50 credit for when I return. They definitely won an eventual customer.

Professional SEO tools; Great customer service Moz offers amazing SEO tools, in my opinion more useful for skilled technicians. It's definitely possible to use other tools when you're just starting out, but Moz still offers a great value with their subscription options. Their customer service is also too notch, they'll really take care of each one of their customers. They issued me a refund for an accidental subscription, which surprised me since their Terms of Use states that they don't! Even without a subscription, Moz still offers lots of materials to learn for free, which people who are new to SEO should use.
