GBGood Platform with many updates and… Good Platform with many updates and even greater potential. Room for improvement on customer service side as they have had some growing pains. All in all, it has been a good investment and looking forward to using it in the future. Update: Customer service is getting much, much better and had ticket responded to in minutes when I recently needed assistance.

GBGreat Platform - I see great potential for the future I have been using Ligna for a while and enjoy the platform.. There are a few things I really like about the platform and a few things that I would recommend working on to make the platform better Pros - CRM is great for task management - Phone and text services managed within the CRM - Social Media Scheduling - Email and Text Campaigns Cons - Improve the customer service chat option (would recommend a outside support ticket option that works a little better and is answered more often) - Text Messaging 10DLC Setup can be a complicated process - More customization of the portal options to be able to hide items not being used and add links on side panel that can go to outside sources - Mobile phone option But overall I like the system and use it daily for my business and do recommed it to other people

CAGod-Mode Unlocked As a new software with a small team behind it. The system provides generous limits and amazing functionality. Yes, there is a bit of a learning curve but once built and setup it can be one the most powerful software you will ever own and ever need.

PHLigna's Evolution and Potential Ligna is an impressive piece of software, boasting a robust array of features. Despite its relative infancy, it has encountered some teething issues. Nevertheless, the dedication of the team behind Ligna is commendable. I have been utilizing this software to effectively communicate with and manage follow-ups with my clients, and it has proven to be highly valuable. However, I must admit that I am encountering some difficulties with the 10DLC registration process. To address this issue, I have reached out to Jon and submitted my application for review. I am hopeful that with his assistance, we can expedite the approval process and ensure that everything is in order. Adapting Ligna to your business workflows does come with a learning curve, but the structured approach to implementation and integration is worth the effort. Those willing to invest time in mastering Ligna can expect to reap significant benefits.

GBLong term game changer Ligna is a very powerful tool (or rather set of tools). It hosts websites, allows for email marketing, blogging, project management and loads more. The team continually comes up with new ideas and features and is very supportive of the community. I'd give it a full 5 stars, but there are 2 areas for long-term improvement: Support is minimal at the moment and the website builder is too hard for me to use compared to WordPress/WebWave/Webstarts etc. Right now there is pure raw power, I look forward to it being refined and easier to use while I do my best to learn all the amazing features it has to offer.
