I have purchased several of the Le Vite straightening brushes for myself and gifts for family. 8 recently purchased the Leduc airflow curling/ straightening iron. Love the tool. Had little problem getting a return address for a duplicate Leduc that was delivered but finally got it resolved.

I order product on a regular basis and… I order product on a regular basis and every third can of the dry shampoo does not spray but can’t get anyone to address issue. Still love the products but would appreciate follow through when there are issues.

I love lange I have been buying Lange for years recently I made a big order that had gotten damaged through shipping and I didn’t get very many of the products that I ordered. So I contact Lange and they replaced every item no questions asked.. I’m proud to be a Lange customer not only is the customer service outstanding but their products are unbeatable and they smell like a dream.

L’ange Haircare I like several of the L’ange products but shipping to Canada can be extremely slow. Wait for the products you want to be on sale & if you miss it they will be on again within a month or two.

Bad return policy I’ve bought a lot of products from L’Angel - 5 wands (3 as gifts) styling tools & products. I’ve never had to return anything. The Le Duo is a heavily promoted product. It did not live up to the hype. I had no idea I’d be paying $8.50 shipping- but took a chance on the product because my past experiences have been good. Only to discover that when the product arrived, it was significantly inferior to the other products I had used, had a number of issues, did not do a good job styling my hair at all, and then I had to pay another $8.50 to return it to you. $20 out of pocket to try a product & return it. To be honest, I doubt I’ll purchase anything else because your return policy puts the responsibility on me if you have a bad product. I should not have to pay to give it back to you- and should have gotten a full refund. I paid $84.22 & received $66.17 back. For absolutely nothing.
