I am very, very happy with my purchase! I would highly recommend it I am very happy with my flat iron. The plates glide so smoothly over my hair. I love the cooling fan and how it helps set my style. I also appreciate the numerous heat settings so I have the option choose which one I need that day. I really like the feel of the outside "coating", it soft and not slippery like most plastic exteriors.

Perfect Hair Tool!! I have never learned how to curl my hair using a wand, and I can say that I was able to successfully curl my hair PERFECTLY with this device.
