CANever received the products. I originally ordered the products on April 6th. There was an issue with my address (my fault). You kindly tried to resend the products on April 18th, but the tracking information shows that they haven’t left the originally scanned location and it’s now April 28th. I think I’m going to cancel and buy a different product from a local shop. I can’t wait anymore. I’ve heard good things about your products and am very disappointed.

GBPerfect Hair Tool!! I have never learned how to curl my hair using a wand, and I can say that I was able to successfully curl my hair PERFECTLY with this device. I have shoulder length hair and it was easy to curl my hair. I highly recommend this for anybody who hates using wands because they are afraid to get burned. 😊

GBI am very, very happy with my purchase! I would highly recommend it I am very happy with my flat iron. The plates glide so smoothly over my hair. I love the cooling fan and how it helps set my style. I also appreciate the numerous heat settings so I have the option choose which one I need that day. I really like the feel of the outside "coating", it soft and not slippery like most plastic exteriors.

GBBad return policy I’ve bought a lot of products from L’Angel - 5 wands (3 as gifts) styling tools & products. I’ve never had to return anything. The Le Duo is a heavily promoted product. It did not live up to the hype. I had no idea I’d be paying $8.50 shipping- but took a chance on the product because my past experiences have been good. Only to discover that when the product arrived, it was significantly inferior to the other products I had used, had a number of issues, did not do a good job styling my hair at all, and then I had to pay another $8.50 to return it to you. $20 out of pocket to try a product & return it. To be honest, I doubt I’ll purchase anything else because your return policy puts the responsibility on me if you have a bad product. I should not have to pay to give it back to you- and should have gotten a full refund. I paid $84.22 & received $66.17 back. For absolutely nothing.
