Stay away from Eminent Ecom!! Stay away from Eminent Ecom!!! If I could give minus stars, I would! Clint Wallace, Chelsea Mojica and the rest of the team should be ashamed of themselves for plotting to take my money and not give me satisfactory service to market my brand on Amazon. They got my Amazon seller account deactivated! Yes, you read that right, my Amazon seller account was deactivated because of them! I had to hire a lawyer to reinstate my seller account because of these so-called gurus. They are complete scammers out to get your money! They also tried to sell me another sellers trashy product to launch on Amazon that was flagged during my Amazon video interview to reinstate my seller account. They couldn't produce or alter(make current) the shipping papers from China to submit to Amazon, hence they already had the products in storage here in the USA as collateral from another seller not paying! You are better off learning and making mistakes on your own instead of losing thousands and thousands of dollars dealing with these folks! I still lost money dealing with these folks even though I had to cut the contract short because I didn't see any use for them with a deactivated Amazon seller account! Apparently, the whole team and any third party they are dealing with are red flagged on Amazon! Again, STAY AWAY FROM EMINENT ECOM!!!

Horrible ROI I started with their Done for You Tier package for private label and have been losing money ever since. They seem to have a high turnover as I have had 3 different brand managers and have no proper communication and timely feedback. Now the project manager is more a liason and only communicates with "team will get back to you." The project manager does not seem to have any insight and there is no direct way to talk with the brand manager. I have had countless email chains to only have questions and feedback lost and no action being properly taken. There are no real metrics, no sense of urgency, no plans to lock down how the investment will be returned. The company was very confident in 6 months of launch the profit would be conservatively returning 30% at least. I have been stuck with paying third party fees, storage fees, brand not getting reviews after using the vine program. My product doesn't even seem to get traffic or reviews, so there is no way it is able to move up in Amazon's search system. I am extremely disappointed. Have been trying to get a hold of someone from the business sales team or the CEO to clarify our contract. Now I am worried they can't fulfill the product and I am stuck losing hundreds a month. The original proposal was that I would be cash flowing after a 6 month ramp up period. Unfortunately, even questions asked from potential customers on my store have been left unanswered or are extremely generic and vague . The marketing strategy they have doesn't seem realistic with the competition prices and it seems very generic and there is no updated marketing strategy even after we listened and followed their advice about investing more money on cresting variants of our product. The team does not seem to care about their clients losing money. I regret working with this company and have been it it for almost 2 years.

I’ve been an Eminent ecom client since… I’ve been an Eminent ecom client since August 2020. My product sales are phenomenal and the team has kept me well informed every step of the way. Would recommend this for any investor that wants a good ROI in a hands off investment.

Received an email from the company on… Received an email from the company on 3/25/2024 stating they are going out of business and filing for bankruptcy. After I’ve paid them over 45k and another 16k on product. I’ve only received 21k back. I’m well over 40k in the red and now another company wants me to pay another 10k to have product shipped and then I will have to pay them to manage my account because the 45k I paid Eminent is gone. What a scam!!!!

Nothing but great things to say about the team at Eminent Ecom! We started at Eminent Ecom from October of 2019 to December 2020. The brand did really well and cashed flowed for 8 months. We decided to sell for a ROI of 200%! We were so satisfied that we went in with them on a syndication deal to buy a brand and grow it. We are currently cash flowing at $7k a month and should sell for $700k which would return us 475% on our money! Nothing but great things to say about the team at Eminent Ecom!
